| Welcome back Kersey Clan! |
It's great to be back in the loop again! We had a very rough time these past two years with Steve's medical issues bringing Kersey's Glass Works to its knees. For those of you long time visitors who have wondered why the stagnation on this site, the Kersey Family had to focus their attention to life, and the probability that Steve would lose his. On New Year's Eve of 2001, however, Steve was gifted with a new heart, and a new opportunity at life. Thanks to everyone who sent their love and encouraging words. As you can tell by this picture, things are getting back to... normal?

| 2004 February stats are in |
Hello everyone, it's been a year since I've crept out of my cave to update this site, so I'm taking a moment to post last month's visitors to Kerseyglass.com and see if I can't add some pictures to the tutorials. You can view those stats by clicking here or scrolling down to there.
Surprisingly, more people are visiting this site than some 2 years ago. To those who are stopping by for the first time, welcome and please join us in Glass Rumors, a bulletin board devoted to discussing glass-art techniques and light conversation on off topics. You can also visit our tutorial center for tips on a few subjects that we have put together for you. |
| A Little Texture, a Little Heat, A Little Glue, and Whala... |
Here is one of our latest ventures into texturing and slumping.
I took this picture with my brand spankin new Nikon D100 digital SLR. I know, I know.. it's not new on the market, but hey, it's new to me and I love this camera. I think perhaps my favorite feature right now is the timer! I can set it up on a tripod in some off the wall location (like the local train station), set the timer and then make a mad dash to my position in the spot light...
